PLACEMENT OF ORDER

Once the design is approved by senior designer, the design or product is ready to go from the company.
PAYMENT
Along with the design, invoice for payment is sent via email as well. The Stitch Universe bills the customer after order the order has been completed and delivered. Orders are billed as quoted price or, if quote not requested by customer, based on stitch count as shown below. Payment is accepted through Visa, Master Card, American Express and Discover.
